One Year On: Celebrating Our First Anniversary at our new office in Knowlhill

A Milestone Worth Celebrating

June marks a very special milestone for everyone at the PGS Group. It has now been one year since Facilities Management Solutions and Plumbing & Gas Solutions  moved into our new headquarters in Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, and what a year it has been.

As we reflect on the past twelve months, it is impossible not to think about just how far we have come.

From Humble Beginnings in Wymbush

When Plumbing & Gas Solutions was founded in 2010, we started from humble beginnings in a small unit in Wymbush. Back then, the vision was simple: provide exceptional service, build lasting relationships, and create a business that clients could trust.

 

Over the years, that vision has remained unchanged, but the scale of what we have achieved has grown significantly. What began as a small local business has developed into a thriving group of companies supporting clients across multiple sectors throughout Milton Keynes and beyond. PGS has continued to grow year after year, while Facilities Management Solutions was established to meet increasing demand for a wider range of building and facilities requirements.

The Move That Marked a New Chapter

On 16th June 2025, we officially moved into our new offices in Knowlhill. The move represented much more than simply changing our address. It was a landmark moment in the history of the PGS Group and a reflection of the hard work, determination, and commitment shown by our team over the past 16 years.

 

After outgrowing our previous premises, it became clear that we needed a space that could support our ambitions for the future. Our new office provided exactly that: a modern, professional environment with room for collaboration, growth, and innovation. Located in the heart of Milton Keynes, Knowlhill has quickly become the ideal home for our expanding team.

Building a Workplace Fit for the Future

The Knowlhill office has transformed the way we work together. The open-plan layout has encouraged greater collaboration between departments, improved communication, and created a fantastic environment for both existing and new team members.

 

The move was also a testament to the talent within our own business. From dilapidation works at our former premises to the fit-out of our new office, much of the work was completed by our own teams and trusted partners. Seeing the finished result was incredibly rewarding and demonstrated the skills, dedication, and professionalism that exist throughout the PGS Group.

More Than Just a New Office

Whilst the building itself is something we are incredibly proud of, the move represents much more than bricks and an office space.

 

It reflects 16 years of continuous development, investment, and progress. It tells the story of a company that started in a small unit in Wymbush and has grown into a respected group of businesses serving clients across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, London, and beyond. It represents the trust our customers place in us and the reputation we have built through consistently delivering high-quality service.

While it is important to celebrate how far we have come, we are equally excited about the future.

The past year has shown us what is possible when great people work together towards a shared vision. Our Knowlhill headquarters has provided the perfect foundation for the next phase of growth, and we remain committed to investing in our people, supporting our local community, and continuing to deliver outstanding service for our clients. We also have some exciting plans for us to develop further!
