After founding and managing our sister company Plumbing & Gas Solutions, Carl created FMS back in January 2021 to fulfil all the needs of Milton Keynes businesses that PGS didn’t already cover.
Since the launch of FMS, we have grown rapidly and a team that was once just Carl and Dan has now expanded to a team of 7, and Carl can now take more of a back seat and focus his efforts on Giving Back and supporting the local community, something that he’s very passionate about.
In 2024, Carl was named ‘Community Champion’ at the MK Mayor’s Awards.

Dan Cole, Operations Director
When Carl founded FMS back in January 2021, Dan was his first signing as Operations Director to help steer the ship. For the first twelve months Dan and Carl grew the business themselves and there was an obvious gap in the market for a local FM partner who could support with one point of contact, for all commercial property issues without any monthly costs or hidden fees.
As the FMS team continues to grow, Dan has assembled a Dream Team (see below), while managing the business and his own clients. He has worked on a wide variety of projects for clients across every sector Milton Keynes has to offer.

Matt Neal, Project Manager

Matt oversees a wide range of commercial building projects across offices, schools, industrial sites and community spaces. Known for being easy to work with, Matt builds strong relationships quickly. Whether he’s on-site with engineers or in a meeting with a board of trustees, he brings a steady, friendly and straightforward approach that helps everyone get things done. His ability to connect with people – and keep them aligned – is a big part of why clients trust him with their buildings.
By bringing together the right people for each task, Matt helps clients navigate both day-to-day issues and larger planned works, guiding them through refurbishments, future upgrades and long-term building strategies.
Alongside his day-to-day, Matt plays an active role in FMS’s community and charity initiatives, helping the team support local causes across Milton Keynes.

Shazia Ditta, Project Manager

Since joining the FMS team in 2023, Shazia has worked hard to build a sizeable portfolio of clients, developing strong, lasting relationships and earning the trust of a loyal customer base — which she continues to expand. She takes pride in her ability to respond quickly and effectively to client needs, consistently delivering high-quality support across a wide range of services and projects.

Ashley Davies, Project Manager

Ashley is an experienced Facilities Management specialist who joined our team as a Project Manager after securing a Facilities Management degree at University and then spending just shy of two years in a facilities role. This valuable experience has made her the perfect project manager to support you with all of your building’s needs.
Having previously been in our client’s shoes, coordinating the works for a large commercial site, Ashley is uniquely positioned to understand exactly how to best support clients with all their requirements. After joining at the beginning of 2025, she has settled quickly into the new role, and is now taking on new businesses who could benefit from her full project management, and stress-free solutions to any issue which may arise on their site, while cementing herself as an integral member of our ever-growing dream team.

Laura is an experienced business development specialist who has recently joined the FMS team, transitioning across from our sister company, Plumbing & Gas Solutions. With years of sales experience, working in multiple industries, Laura loves networking with new people and takes pride in working out the best way to serve a new client. She has worked with PGS clients to put together bespoke maintenance contracts to cater to the unique needs of each organisation. Now, Laura is excited to provide excellent support to our clients with all of their facilities requirements.

Paulina Moryc, Office Administrator

Paulina is the most recent addition to our FMS team, having joined in April 2024. As our Office Administrator, you may very well have spoken with her on the phone, as she takes incoming enquiries and supports our clients. While our Business Development team is out on site, surveying, quoting or managing projects, Paulina is able to take calls into the office from anyone who requires our support. She also supports our accounts team with managing our quotes and invoices.
