Celebrating 2 Years of Facilities Management Solutions

Happy Birthday to us!

Today is our second birthday, marking the date of our hard launch, 11/01/2021, when our Operations Director Dan joined Carl and embarked on this journey.

In the past 24 months, we have come a long way and achieved some things we are incredibly proud of. Thank you if you have supported us - this is just the beginning.

Looking Back

We have now completed over 500 individual projects (of all different shapes and sizes) for 76 different clients. One day we'll be preparing for a full-scale warehouse roof installation and the next we'll be replacing a faulty light switch. No job is too big or too small for us. If one of our clients needs something, we'll get it done.

During this point of reflection, we remember our very first project. We helped our first client with some fairly minor window repairs. Nothing big, but we were excited to hit the ground running. Two years (and 500 jobs) later, we are still grateful for the people who gave us the opportunity to grow, during our formative months.

For over a year, Dan handled most aspects of the FMS office. However, in 2022, after a year of laying foundations and establishing the service that we provide, the team began to grow. We now have five full-time employees based in the office, not to mention our amazing team of engineers, tradesmen and tradeswomen who are ready to solve all of your problems.

Meet the New Additions!

Harry-Joe joined the team 7 months ago. He is our Office Administrator, the voice of the company and a friendly point of contact to organise whatever you need. Harry works closely with the rest of the team, while taking incoming calls and communicating with both new and existing clients.
James joined the team 5 months ago. As our Business Development Executive, he has probably sent you an e-mail before. James' role is all about growing our business: forging new partnerships and making sure that prospective clients have full support from their first phone call or e-mail through to the completion of their first project. He also works with existing clients, identifying and organising whatever new projects they need.
Tyler joined us most recently, 3 months ago. He's the person writing this in third-person, right now, our Digital Marketing Executive. His role is very similar to James' in that he is in charge of making as many people as possible aware of the unique and valuable service FMS has to offer, but more specifically in the digital space. Tyler runs our social media accounts, creates all of our content and generates marketing material to promote the plethora of different services we provide. He is also our designated drone pilot.

Our growth in 2022 can be attributed to hard work and this great team, but we are nothing without our clients.

Without the belief from our first clients, this company could never have taken off. But now, thanks to that backing, we have developed our unique and all-encompassing service, helping businesses all throughout Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas with everything from Asbestos removal and Fire Safety to roofing projects and landscaping.

So, thank you once again to everyone we've worked with. We really believe in the value of what we provide, and it has been an incredibly rewarding journey as we build that same belief, and trust, with our amazing, growing network of clients.
